How the Pandemic has Changed our Homes – FOR THE BETTER!
Undoubtedly, the pandemic has impacted everyone a great deal over the last 2+ years, but how has it changed our homes? We will dive in to dissect this, and what’s HOT for Spring and Summer 2022!
Comfort is a Serious Fashion Statement this Year!
From cuddly Netflix night’s binge watching your favourite shows, to long zoom meetings, to sharing your work space with the entire family - all at the same time, the home has been demanding versatility and comfort more than ever. We have spent the most time in our homes probably more than ever, too! What does that mean for our furniture? It means oversized, soft sofas, large dining tables that double as a family boardroom area, ditching impractical furniture for ergonomic pieces, and more curvy silhouettes versus hard, clean lines. All of this is the direct outcome of the pandemic, and I for one am NOT complaining.
Here are some of our hottest sellers that ooze comfort, relaxation, and versatility:

Making the Home your Sanctuary
Remember that age old adage that “the home is your sanctuary”? We think so too! Mental health during a time of great challenges is very essential, and staying emotionally healthy starts in your home. It is where you rejuvenate; it is where you make memories with the people you love; it is where you reconnect with your inner peace. Surrounding yourself with the things that soothe and comfort you is monumental. Squeezing in that time to throw a pillow on the floor for a 5 minute meditation session, or hang out with your pet is much easier and a lot more enjoyable with a sofa filled with soft, fluffy pillows. Here are some of our favourite pieces that have no shortage on toss cushions!
